Shipping Information ...

We offer several shipping options: 

Courier delivery service via Startrack Express Couriers.   Recommended.
This is our preferred and recommended delivery option.  Startrack is fast, safe, reliable and the drivers are a friendly bunch!  Delivery is overnight to most main centres and 2-3 days for more out-of-the-way places.

Startrack have two main services: 

1. Express Satchel (fastest) for goods up to 5kg.   1kg satchel, only $8.00 all others $10.00.
2. Road Express for heavier / larger items. NEW!  Now maximum freight cost $10.00.
   
   The maximum amount we will add for freight is $10.00.   If the online calculation shows a higher amount, don't worry, we will adjust it down to $10.00.

Please note:
The cut-off time for accepting Startrack orders is 2:00pm EST.
Goods delivered by Startrack require a signature from the receiver.  Please make sure that someone will be home on the day the goods are expected.
Startrack cannot deliver to a PO Box.

HINT:  A good idea is to have your parcel shipped to your work address !

Startrack will not leave goods without a signature unless you leave a signed note instructing them to do so.
Repeated delivery atempts may result in a further delivery charge.

Australia Post

We also ship via Australia Post but note that we do not send any goods via regular parcel service, we only use registered post.  It is our opinion that the regular post is not safe.  The "handling charge" of the Australia Post freight calculator includes the cost of registered delivery.

We also use the Yellow Bag Express Satchel (up to 3kg) and Express Post and this is overnight for some main centres.

The maximum amount we will charge for Aust Post freight is $10.00, even if the Online Calculator and the resulting auto-generated order/invoice shows more.  You will only be charged a maximum freight charge of $10.00.
